Food Lists – HCG Diet Program

Drinks

Drink a minimum of 2-3 liters of water per day, alkaline water is best. Use lemon if desired.
Tea, coffee, water, mineral water and Stevia flavored drinks are allowed in any quantity.
*Do your best to drink as much plain water as possible.

Fruit

Apple (any kind and size)

DO NOT use oil, oil spray, butter, mayonnaise or any other pre-made or packaged dressings.

 

Daily Allowance

The daily allowance for the HCG Diet Program has changed a bit. We no longer care as much about the exact measurement or weight of the foods you eat, rather it is important to pay attention to the portion sizes and number of times foods are eaten. Example: Instead of worrying about eating a 4oz piece of meat, it is easier and more efficient to just pay attention that the “size” of the serving is approximately that of a deck of cards in both circumference and thickness. This makes it very easy when you’re out to eat to worry less, enjoy more and continue getting the weight loss benefits from the HCG Diet Program.

 

Breakfast

1 piece of fruit
Coffee, tea, water with lemon in any quantity.
*If needed, a serving of eggs can be added

Lunch

4oz of animal protein
2 cups+ of vegetables
*1 Melba toast (not recommended, but allowed)

Afternoon Snack

1 piece of fruit

Dinner

4oz of animal protein
2 cups+ of vegetables
*1 Melba toast (not recommended, but allowed)
**Drink a lot of water

 

Your Daily Routine From AM to PM

This daily routine for the HCG Diet Program is the easiest and most effective routine to follow. If you simply do the program exactly as it is laid out here, your success will be incredible. The HCG Diet Program is a very easy to follow diet routine and we have increased the results our clients are receiving by accounting for each part of the day in this layout.

DAY 1-2 – FAT LOADING DAYS

Take HCG drops under your tongue, 10 drops 3x per day
Fat Load – Eat and drink as much of anything you want, particularly high-fat and starchy foods.

DAY 3-40: MORNING

Wake up and weigh yourself before eating or drinking anything. Might be a good idea to use the restroom first.
Take 10 drops of your Vibrant Life HCG drops under your tongue and hold for 60-90 seconds. DO NOT eat anything for at least 30 minutes; drinking water and other drinks is allowed after 5 minutes.
Drink 2-3 liters of water per day.

**You may take the drops an hour or even longer prior to eating, just not within 30 minutes before or after eating.

AFTERNOON

Take 10 drops of your Vibrant Life HCG drops. DO NOT eat anything for at least 30 minutes; drinking water or other drinks is permitted after 5 minutes.
Eat your vegetables and protein for lunch in the amount as described in the Daily Allowance; be sure it is at least 30 minutes after taking your drops.
Vibrant Life HCG does not recommend that you eat the available starch, however, if you chose to during lunch is the time for that option.
Drink Water

MID-AFTERNOON

Eat your fruit as a snack.
Continue to drink water

EVENING

Take 10 drops of your Vibrant Life HCG drops. DO NOT eat anything for at least 30 minutes; drinking water or other drinks is permitted after 5 minutes.
Eat your vegetables and protein for lunch in the amount as described in the Daily Allowance; be sure it is at least 30 minutes after taking your drops.
Vibrant Life HCG does not recommend that you eat the available starch, however, if you chose to during lunch is the time for that option.
Drink Water

*The 40-day option can be shortened to fit your goals. There is no minimum number of days you must do the diet, however, the best option is to do at least 15 days and be sure to follow the rest of the program accurately, no matter what length of time you choose.

3 DAYS AFTER THE HCG DROPS (after finishing the drops)

Stop taking your HCG drops, but follow the above routine for three consecutive days.
This is extremely important to all the HCG to exit your system.

2 WEEKS FOLLOWING USE OF HCG DROPS

Fore two consecutive weeks following the use of your HCG drops, DO NOT eat any starches or sugars.

You may increase your caloric intake of fats and oils slowly, but NO starches or sugars.

Starches and sugars include: breads, pastas, rice, potatoes, grains and beans; also fruits that are high in sugar such as ripe bananas. Eat any fruit in mild moderation; alcohol is sugar and leaves the body acidic causing it to store fat, leave it out for these last two weeks. Dairy is high in sugars, keep this in very moderate use.

**If you must cheat or feel like you must eat something due to lack of energy, snack on vegetables. Being low in calories, high in water content and an excellent source of energy, they will give you the most value. DO NOT cheat with anything off of the food list.
