HCG Diet Food List

The HCG Diet always gets a bad wrap for having an “odd” or “limited” food list and I agree. I think the food list for the HCG drops it is way too small and without our HCG Recipe eBook, I don’t know what I would be telling my clients to do.

 

When I first got into this industry and started researching and testing the use of HCG Diet Drops for weight loss, I asked questions about the food list over and over to every single company, manufacturer, lab and doctor that I could find. The main thing I wanted to know was, “why are these particular foods on the list?” I’m sure if you spend five minutes online looking through all of the information about the diet drops you will know the answer they gave me. “Because it is in the original HCG Protocol that Dr. Simeons created in 1954.” My response to that is, “WTF? Are you joking?” That never seems to go over well, so I decided to develop a team of researchers and get the real answers that no one else could provide.

HCG Diet During A Woman’s Period

During the HCG Diet program assuming you are taking the drops for 30-40 days; a woman will most likely cycle through menstruation. My recommendation for you during this “period” is to keep taking the drops. Some places on the internet may recommend you stop taking them and just simply remain on the HCG diet; however, if you think about the biochemistry of the body and what the HCG drops do, stopping use during your period might actually set you back further. Thank You Dr. Oz

I just watched today’s Dr. Oz show on his site where he discussed the HCG diet and the pros and cons. Initially I was very concerned that due to his network’s advertising agreements with companies like Weight Watchers; that his view would be forced to be swayed negatively.

Fortunately, he gave some great insight to the HCG diet program. He showcased quite a few individuals who have accomplished amazing benefits from the diet program and also pointed out a few concerns with some people who have had side-effects (my company Vibrant Life HCG has not had one single complaint of side-effects in over 118,000 customers/clients, for that I am so grateful and I will continue to work hard to ensure that remains the case). Both the positive and negative points of view are extremely important to me and now I can do more research, find more information to help my customers and clients and ensure their complete success and safety.

One thing I do wish had been mentioned and researched more, though I can’t expect medical doctors to give much thought to it; I wish that he had spent more time and effort looking into the actual science of homeopathy. Vibrant Life HCG drops are a homeopathic product and though many other companies out there are offering products without proper ingredients or using a synthetic ingredient, we have worked hard to ensure we consult with medical doctors on the western side of the industry, our homeopathic laboratory that is FDA approved and inspected and also with holistic health practitioners to ensure we are covering all angles. Jeremy Piven Yoga Challenge – Mastering The Impossible

The Challenge

 

Joe must master the splits in the same time or less than Jeremy Piven did, nine months. Start date is January 1, 2011. This challenge is made between myself, my friend and Yoga instructor Kris, Ninie Ahmad (via twitter) and Jeremy Piven (via Ninie). As most of my friends know, I love a challenge and love anything that requires me to go after something that some or most say is impossible. Today I posted a comment on my facebook wall and tweeted that I was headed to Yoga and I would master the splits by September 1st. You know, just putting my goal out into the world view for more accountability. The responses were just as I imagined, some support, some haters, some “holy shit, you’re out of your mind.” My favorite though is the comment from a friend (a non-supportive friend apparently), who told me that she had attended over 550 yoga classes over the past two years and is not even close to mastering the splits. My first thought was the same that I always have when criticism is thrown at me, “just wait and see how I accomplish this.” I have 243 days as of the writing of this post to accomplish this challenge. Just wait and see how I do this!

How It Was Sparked

 

It started while I was watching past episodes of the HBO Series Entourage with my sister and her roommate; this has become our tradition when I am in town. We don’t usually start until nearly 10 PM, but we watch half of a season in a night and work our way through the six different seasons that are on DVD currently.

Life-threatening disease, what’s the answer?

Yesterday turned out to be a crazy day in the first place, full of too many phone calls and time on the road. Though I do enjoy driving and listening to audiobooks, my time in the car ended up being phone-filled and frustrated. Here is the kicker though to top it all off:
In less than an hour, I was informed of three people that have life-threatening diseases including one good friend and another that I have known since I was a little kid. Three different cases all dropped on me in less than an hour, it was so sad to hear.

Why Vibrant Life? And how does it work? Why did I decide to make this my life’s work? Why did I become a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner? Why do I read a book a week, listen to audiobooks everywhere I go, study the best self-development coaches in the world? Why do I fill my mind with everything that I can get my hands on? To be honest, I couldn’t have answered this question a couple months ago. I was so busy running 100 mph and working with so many clients that I didn’t remember why I was doing it. I had gotten myself out of balance and was focusing every where else but within. I decided to take a week and take a look at my focus and what I want in my life and found my why.

Vibrant Life is not only my business, but my life. I live through the philosophies that I have for my company and for my clients. Philosophies like: life is abundant, I can do anything I set my mind to, believe and love other people and “how I feel about everything is how I am living.” That last one is my favorite.
